• Contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, or corrupted files.
• Promotes illegal activities or violates the intellectual property rights of others (e.g., copyright infringement).

4. Backup and Data Loss

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. Hostshera is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on our servers.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
